This is similar to the child's profile above, except that instead of consulting for the parents, in this session I work directly with your daughter or son once s/he has reached his/her teenage years. Adolescence can be a very confusing time, as young people begin the transition into adulthood and are trying to figure out who they are and where their lives are headed. Learning about Astrology can enhance your teen's self-awareness and help him/her make smart choices as s/he moves towards greater independence.

Many, if not most teenagers struggle during adolescence as they try to "fit in" with peer groups while at the same time exploring how to be unique individuals. Doria Gambino began her study of Astrology at the age of ten, and from there branched out into other metaphysical and psychological arts. My story:

I always knew I was "different," but when I was young I thought there was something "wrong" with me because I wasn't like most other people. It wasn't until later in life that I realized I was born to do the work I do now, and that my life-long fascination with all things metaphysical had been training me for this career path.

I believe that it is my destiny to help people; thus, in college I chose to major in psychology and embark on a career in counseling. I was fascinated by the study of human nature, and I originally wanted to be a psychotherapist, but I discovered that those methods of gaining psychological insight took way too long for my taste. Therefore, I started combining my counseling background with Astrology because Astrology is such an efficient method for discovering what makes someone tick. With Astrology, the psychological blueprint is right there in front of your eyes. It allows you to "cut to the chase" instead of fumbling around for months on end trying to find answers to your questions. When I look at a chart, it tells me instantly where to focus in order to help a client understand whatever it is s/he needs to know.

Astrology was one of my most valuable teachers throughout my entire life, because it taught me about people. Astrology provides very precise knowledge about each individual's wonderfully unique soul-path, the foundation of who they were meant to be before all of society's influences interfered.
